Strawberries 3 magical tricks: Healthy, delicious and sexy!

If you’re not already a fan of strawberries, you should be. Not only are they juicy and delicious, they’re a superfood, too. Nutrient-rich and packed with antioxidants, strawberries offer a wide range of health benefits. Here are 10 reasons you should add more strawberries to your diet:

1) Strawberries boost immunity; 2) promote eye health; 3) help fight cancer; 4) strawberries keep wrinkles at bay; 5) fight bad cholesterol; 6)  reduce inflammation; 7) regulate blood pressure; 8) boost fibre; 9) strawberries aid in weight management; 10) promote pre-natal health

Choose berries that are firm, plump, unblemished and free of mold. Look for those that have a shiny, deep red colour and bright green caps attached.

If you would like to consume this fruit  (like lemons and oranges) not only raw but even cooked, the following recipes show you how to definitely enjoy this delicious and healthy fruit in a dish and in a drink.
