Marinated Asparagus with Strawberries
- 300 g green asparagus
- 250 g strawberries
- 2 tbs honey
- 8 lollo rosso leaves
- 2 tbs tarragon vinegar
- 4 tbs wheatgerm oil
- coarse salt, white pepper
- 1 small bunch of tarragon
- 2 tbs pistachios
Thinly peel the asparagus and chop into 3 cm pieces; put to one side.
Wash and quarter the strawberries and mix with 1 tablespoon of honey; leave to stand. Wash the lettuce leaves and break into small pieces. Prepare a vinaigratte from the vinegar, oil, remaining honey, salt pepper and 3 tablespoons of water and marinate the asparagus in it for 15 minutes.
Decorate the plates with the lettuce leaves, divide the asparagus and strawberries between them and drizzle over the vinaigrette; decorate with tarragon leaves and pistachios.
- 500 g strawberries
- 3 tbs honey
- 80 g brown rice
- 200 ml heavy cream
- Grated zest of half lemon
- 100 ml whipped cream
Wash and quarter the strawberries and mix with 2 tablespoons of honey; leave to stand.
Grind the rice into a fine flour. Mix the cream with an equal amount of water and bring to the boil with the lemon zest. Quickly sprinkle in the ground rice, stir until smooth, and continue for about 8 minutes, stirring constantly; leave to cool.
Add the sweetened strawberries and remaining honey to the rice mixture. Carefully fold in the whipped cream, leave to stand for 10 minutes, then serve.
- 300 g strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 250 ml yougurt
- 3 Tbs heavy cream
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Whip and halve the strawberries, then slice the banana. Puree the fruit with a little yogurt, then add the remaining yogurt and the other ingredients and puree until a foamy, creamy drink is produced. Serve well chilled.
