It will boost your immune system, balance PH, help with weight loss, aids digestion and clear skin, among other benefits. Lemons are also low in calories and carbs so squeeze some everywhere: salads, seafood and meat. Put them  in the middle shelves of the fridge, in the crisper.


Eggs are very important for everyone’s diet. Numerous vitamins, including vitamin A, potassium and many B vitamins like folic acid, choline and biotin, are also packed into this oval-shaped staple. This super health food can be prepared in many interesting ways: they can be an ingredient in many recipes or they can work with some vegetables like a delicious omelette. Store them in the lower shelves of the fridge.
